What’s kept us busy this month?

Adult Social Care

connectNEL are on the Single Point of Access for North East Lincolnshire (option 5). We help signpost to different services, including Adult Social Care. This includes referrals for safeguarding, help with community needs and directing clients to assessment equipment. We have close links with Focus Adult Social Care, and these links mean that we can get the client to the best service for them.

Mental Health Support

We’ve been supporting people who have been struggling with their mental health. Mental health is as important as physical health, and sadly, some people suffer more than others. We’ve been signposting to local services NAViGO, the Crisis Team, Andy’s Man Club, and Mind. Never be afraid to speak up – your story might inspire and help others.

We’re keeping it short and sweet this month, as there’s going to be so much to come with the schools breaking up for the holidays. Not only is there an upcoming free pre-loved school uniform event, but so many different services are running holiday clubs! You’ll see us again in August!
