Available Monday – Friday, 9am – 4.30pm.

Free and confidential support to adults and young people experiencing issues with drugs and alcohol.

We work with people on their own goals, whether that’s staying safe and healthy, making a small change of stopping an unwanted habit.

Online chat is available on the website. You can also find Needle and Syringe Services near you on the website.

If you are concerned about a young person, or someone aged under 18, you can contact the Young Person’s service on 01472 806890, and ask to speak to the Young Persons team lead.

Drinkaware

We can help you learn about the impact of alcohol on you, your family, or friends. Here we’ll support you with the advice and information you need.

Also advice and support to reduce alcohol, as well as tools to reduce drinking.

This service is open to anyone concerned about their own drinking, or someone else’s.

Drinkchat uses trained professionals from the national alcohol support helpline, Drinkline.
