Waltham Windmill
There has been a mill on the sit in Waltham since 1666 but the present six-storied windmill was built in the 1880s by John Saunderson of Louth using light coloured local bricks and coated in tar. The sails drive the grinding stones to produce flour, which is still milled today.
Alongside the mill, you can visit the Museum of Rural Life featuring many exhibits from the 1930s and 1940s and incorporates the RAF Grimsby exhibition. On site is also a miniature railway, cafes, shops, and more.

An indoor skate park providing a safe space for young people to skate, scooter and BMX on ramps designed and built by the community, for the community.
Operating in a disused retail store, the park has grown in popularity with over 1000 young people accessing the park each month. The main room features a half pipe with 8.5′ ramp and boxes including a 24′ vert wall, street section and bowl. The training room is great for beginners and boasts rails, street slope and smooth surfaces. Users can learn the etiquette of the park and for those who skateboard and scoot, develop technical tricks. The toddler section is mainly for pre-schoolers, however, when it is less busy, older riders do like the ramps.
Café and chill out area available.
Balance bikes, scooters and helmets are FREE to borrow. Prices may vary to attend.
