Screening is by appointment only
Patients must:
- Be 55 yrs – 74 yrs
- Registered with a GP surgery
- Current or former smokers
If eligible for a Lung Health Check, patients will receive a letter inviting them to make an appointment – call the telephone number on the letter to book.
Patients cannot be seen should they turn up at the mobile unit without an appointment.
