Wizer CIC is commissioned by Public Health England, working in partnership with The Probation Service, supporting those involved or at risk, of entering the criminal justice system.
The Opt Our course is run over a three week period, where participants will gain a minimum of ten employability qualifications and sector-based qualifications, such as CSCS, Warehousing, Safety Passport, Health & Safety and Forklift Licence. The course is run in a relaxed and comfortable environment, catering for learning needs, with flexibility. Each participant will be supported to ensure they have their own bank account and identification, and are receiving the correct benefits.
Wizer CIC can also offer a wide range of support including housing, accompanying to appointments, debt support, health and wellbeing. The team work alongside various drug and alcohol services, social services, NAViGO, Women’s Aid, local homeless support services, DWP, and more.
