Kooth – Young Adults Online Platform

Lincsline – Rethink Mental Illness
Available Monday – Friday, 5pm – 9pm, and weekends 24hrs.
Available in North East Lincolnshire, to anyone aged at least 16 yrs.
We provide support to people who are in crisis due to their mental health. We also provide information on mental health issues, signposting and emotional support.
If English is not your first language we can arrange to speak to you in your own language through an interpreter.
Mind
We’re here to make sure that anyone with a mental health problem in Grimsby, Cleethorpes and the surrounding areas has somewhere to turn for advice and support.
As well as helping people to enhance their quality of life, we also support them to engage in meaningful activities within a community setting with social and emotional support. We help person person we work with to increase their independence and achieve the goals they set for themselves.
Mind – Together
Our Together service is here to support local people who have been bereaved by suicide across Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire, North East Lincolnshire and North Lincolnshire.
The service offers free emotional and practical support to individuals of any age wo have lost someone to suicide.

NAViGO Care

There is no ‘one size fits all’ for a crisis and they can take many forms.
Patients may have thoughts about suicide, be thinking about or actively self-harming, or feel like they have any other mental health emergency.
- For urgent help, call the Single Point of Access on 01472 256256 (option 3) to speak to the crisis team.
- Also ‘walk in’ to Harrison House on Peaks Lane in Grimsby.
- If in immediate physical danger or have a medical emergency, advise to call 999 now.
- We’ve also teamed up with Shout 85258 to provide specialist mental health text support for North East Lincolnshire. Just text ORANGE to 85258. This is also a 24/7 service. Please note: this service is run by Shout and not by the NAViGO crisis team.

It’s a judgement-free zone who welcome those who are in need – whether that be due to loneliness, isolation or emotional vulnerability. There’s no need to call ahead – just drop in.
