North East Lincolnshire’s mental health service. NAViGO offer talking therapies – you can refer yourself, or someone else can. After the form has been processed, you will be given an appointment with a clinician to talk about the problems you and experiencing and ways of coping for the future.
If you need or want instant and practical mental health support, use the Safespace service. This is available in person Monday – Sunday, 5.30pm – 11.30pm, and via Zoom Monday – Sunday, 5.30pm – 11pm.

Available 24 hours, 365 days a year. North East Lincolnshire’s mental health crisis service. Harrison House has a ‘walk in’ service, where you will speak 1:1 with a clinician to talk about your crisis, and what is the best way forward. This may mean a short inpatient stay on a ward, or you may be released home. You may be referred for other therapies, or prescribed medication.
