Provides a range of services for adults with learning disabilities.
This service is based at the Queen Street Centre in central Grimsby and incorporates;
- Community Learning Disability Team (CLDT)
- Intensive Support Team (IST)
- Adult Learning Disability (ALD) Psychology Service
- Carers Support Service
The ALDS is for adults and young people in transition who have a learning disability, autism and/or complex needs, their families, carers and supporters.

Available for office hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm
A range of therapeutic services and activities for people with disabilities or complex needs.
Based at Cromwell Road Day Centre, Grimsby, day services provide a wide range of activities and support for adults with disabilities or complex needs.
Day services provide the support, activities and stimulation to help this transition as a young person moves into the next phase of their life.
You can be assessed to identify if you eligible for a funded service via Single Point of Access. You can also access our services independently as a private client (charges apply)

A team of 4 carer wellbeing workers supporting carers who aid people over the age of 60, or who have a learning or physical disability. Providing emotional and practical support.
SEND Local Offer
The Local Offer in North East Lincolnshire the place that provides and directs you to information that will support children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
It helps parents, children and young people aged 0 – 25 years find information about specialist and targeted services and activities in North East Lincolnshire.
