We are a team of healthcare professionals providing bespoke support to clients. This includes realistic goal setting, no strict diets or exercise routines and an emphasis on long-lasting lifestyle changes aimed at maintaining a healthy weight after the programme.

We deliver our sessions in a blended approach, face-to-face, telephone and virtual formats, ensuring flexibility for all clients.

The free NHS Weight Loss Plan is a 12 week programme that can be downloaded to help start healthier eating habits, becoming more active and losing weight.
Consider also signposting to resources to help people become more physically active, including home workout videos and Apps for Couch to 5K and Active 10.

Complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) is treatment that falls outside of mainstream healthcare.
