Provision of accommodation and support to young people and young families, aged 16 to 25 years old, who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or experiencing poor housing within North East Lincolnshire. We offer various types of support including:
- Floating support (offered to young people in their own homes/it comes as a part of the tenancy or licences in our supported housing. It is person-centred support delivered to prevent homelessness and you do not need to be living in one of our properties to receive it. Floating support is delivered by our asset coaches and is also known as housing related support (HRS).).
- Supported housing/General needs (designed for those young people who need extra help in managing a tenancy and are described as having support needs. Referrals for this housing come through the homeless prevention service at the local council).
While you are in supported housing you will have an asset coach who will deliver the support that you need. They work alongside you to develop your confidence, resilience and independence so that you can manage a tenancy on your own.
