North East Lincolnshire’s mental health crisis service. If you or someone is experiencing a mental health crisis, it’s important to get the right support as quickly as possible.
How to get urgent help:
- Call us first. Our crisis support team is available 24/7 at (01472) 256256 (option 3). Or you can call NHS 111. Reaching out by phone first helps us provide the fastest and most effective support to meet your needs.
- If you believe you are in a mental health crisis and in need of immediate help, support is available at Harrison House on Peaks Lane in Grimsby.
- If you’re in immediate physical danger or have a medical emergency, call 999 now.
- You can also text ORANGE to 85258 to start an SMS conversation. This is also a 24/7 service. Please note: Shout run and staff this service, and not the Navigo crisis team.
